Peter Freundlich began a lifelong career in real estate in 1963. In his early twenties he worked as an agent, listing a selling homes in the San Fernando Valley. During this time he was the sole support of his young family and he attended law school at night earning his law degree in 1972.

In 1970 Peter along with three partners opened what is believed to be the first franchised residential real estate office in the country. This single office was grown into a 30 office chain over the course of the next six years with Peter serving as Executive Vice president and General Manager. The firm had offices in Los Angeles, Ventura and San Diego Counties. This was the beginning of Peter's love affair with San Diego.

Since 1970 Peter has been involved in the sales management and marketing of some of the largest and most prestigious companies in California. For a number of years he was employed as a Regional Manager for a large national real estate franchise company. Employed there in the capacity of a management consultant to franchised offices throughout the nine western states. In his capacity he worked with Brokers, Managers and Agents in developing their sales and marketing skills.

In 1999 Peter moved to Oceanside and is now once again doing what he does best, listing and selling homes.
